Unfortunately, Aviation fuel market prices continue to increase dramatically on a global basis. As a direct result of these significantly large price increases we are reviewing our Fuel surcharge, effective from 28 May 2008.
Effective from 28 May 2008 an additional 0.10 Eurocent will apply.
- A surcharge of EUR0.95 per kilo will apply on all shipments travelling on Aer Lingus Cargo services from all Euro zone countries.
- A surcharge of GBP0.65 per kilo will apply on all shipments travelling on Aer Lingus Cargo services from GBP sterling areas.
- A surcharge of USD$0.95 per kilo, minimum charge of USD$5.00, will apply on all shipments travelling on Aer Lingus Cargo services from the USA.
- A surcharge of CAD$0.95 per kilo, minimum charge of CAD$5.00, will apply on all shipments travelling on Aer Lingus Cargo services from Canada.
- The total surcharge must be shown on the airwaybill in the "Due Carrier" charge using the "MY" code.
- The surcharge is based on actual weight.
- The surcharge is non-commissionable.
